Vicki Cantrell is an exceptional realtor! I was the owner of a property in Copperas Cove that had been a rental property for over 30 years. My wife and I decided to sell the property because we live in Florida and managing the property from Florida was becoming problematic. I reached out to a friend of mine, and asked him to assist me in finding a realtor in the Copperas Cove area. He worked his magic and gave me the contact info of Vicki Cantrell. From our first conversation, I knew I was in good hands with Vicki. She had a wealth of experience and guided me through the process.

The property I was selling was in a state of disrepair. I was shocked when Vicki sent me a video of the property. Although this was not the ideal situation, Vicki ensured me we would be able to sell the property. She introduced me to her home repair specialist and recommended I use him to make necessary repairs. That's exactly what I did. The inside of the house was transformed into a model home.....the before and after photos could have been an advertisement for a "Home Repair" TV show. Along the way, Vicki suggested I contact my insurance company and see if they would approve a claim for roof damage. I did as she suggested, and my insurance company approved my claim. I replaced the roof and all it cost me was the $500 deductible. Experience makes a difference!

Once the house repairs were complete, Vicki listed the house and guided me through the process. The most difficult decision was determining the "listing" price. She presented me the pros and cons of listing the property at a high, average, and low price. Based on her recommendation, I listed the property at a higher price. Let me tell you about our realtor and now friend, Vicki Cantrell. We first met her when we moved to the Killeen area. We had very specific "must" list for the house we wanted to buy.
